Our Beginner Silks & Lyra or Beginner Hammock class is the perfect class for the complete beginner. There are no strength or fitness prerequisites for this class - we will work together to start from the very beginning. You'll be blown away by your improvement as you work your way through the weeks.

If you're not quite ready to join a group class we also offer private lessons for every level from complete beginner to advanced aerialists!
